*L-Carnitine: Accelerates metabolism in order to change fat into energy. Hence it helps to remove fat.
*Chromium Amino Acid Chelate: it works in 2 steps as follows:
1. Restrains fat production with Chromium Chelate. It stimulates glucagon hormones, the main hormone which stimulates conversion of fat into energy. Also, it quickly drains out glucose and results in reduction of fat storage.

It helps regulate my metabolism like it says it would do. It did drop me down 4 pounds. 110>106 I wouldn't really eat this for losing weight but to maintain weight. This product would be good for people who eat very little or for people who eat a lot.
